Giving Back
DoodlyCouch Drawing Therapy Journals and Workbooks
believes it's extremely important to give back to the world in as many ways as possible. Here are some projects we support. Portions of the proceeds from DoodlyCouch sales goes directly to help these projects.
Children's HopeChest
Westmoore Community Church has adopted almost 600 orphans from Ngariam, Uganda, Africa. There are millions more in Africa who need help. Through our contributions to this project, we not only provide a monthly sponsorship for their food and education, but we are able to correspond with them, and will be making an early-summer-2010 trip to Ngariam to see and hug them. Any contributions to the village of orphans in Ngariam, would help to build them kitchens, wells, and schools. For more information, please contact us at: Info@DoodlyCouch.com. Learn more about WCC's mission to sponsor all 600 orphans in the village of Ngariam here .
Rwanda Clean Water
Water is essential to all of our lives. In Africa, the water is so filthy, you would hesitate to wash your hands in it, let alone drink it. Eighty percent of deaths in developing countries are caused by water-born illnesses. Most people in Rwanda have no access to clean water leading to health conditions.

What if we could do something about this injustice happening on the other side of the world? By identifying a specific need and working together, the church could provide thousands of Rwandan people with clean water and cut the rate of illness in half.
Jesus House is an inner city, non-denominational, non-profit Christian outreach providing shelter, food, clothing, and goods to the community’s needy in Oklahoma City. The ministry was founded in 1973 by Ruth Wynne and Betty Adams. Sister Betty joined our Lord in Heaven in 1991, and Sister Ruth joined her in 2002.

The Mission of Jesus House is to help those persons who find themselves in a situation of adversity with food, clothing, shelter, and Christian counseling in a voluntary therapeutic setting to effect a permanent life change.

MISSION: Through shelter, counseling, and growth-oriented activities, Peppers Ranch seeks to "break the cycle" of child abuse and neglect. By creating a network of caring, supportive adults on whom children can depend, Peppers Ranch is committed to providing quality care and a safe environment where physical and emotional wounds can heal.

VISION: It is the goal of Peppers Ranch to become home to forty children, who through no fault of their own have been the victims of abuse and neglect. The ranch will provide the necessary resources to assist the foster parents in sustaining a commitment to the children in their care. Our safe and nurturing community will inspire and equip children to reach their full potential.
