*Individuals and small groups will be required to collect money payable to Corporate Elements and submit with order. All books will be shipped directly to customers from Corporate Elements (no delivery required on the seller's part), and a profit check will be sent to the individual seller. ** Sample books are actual copies of books, and must be ordered after the Reseller Agreement is signed and before the dates of the fundraising event start. *** Shipping costs quoted apply only to products shipped within the continental USA. |
